This could be related to the FED buying mortgage back securities until early this year to push rates down and the banks controlling the inventory in the RE markets.

Fortuantely, the second appraisal can actually be reimbursed (sometimes) so push your mortgage contact to credit your closing for the appraisal.

They can't cancel the automatic payments and it also allows me to view the property and then push money back to them through the same system.So far I can't complain about everything as it has been going really well, but I feel I could always be doing things better or smarter.

We just pushed some important fixes:1 - Fonts should all be larger now in the reply and edit post boxes.2 - On the main index, if you click a different page to go back in time on recent posts, you're now brought back to the top of the page.3 - When you share any forum page using the share button at the top right of the forums, the posts now have a proper description.4 - Your MY DISCUSSIONS tab on the main forums page will now show ALL forum threads that you've participated in instead of showing only those that you started.5 - We've improved some of the SEO of our forum posts6 - We cleaned up the styling of the UNANSWERED tab to match that of the rest of the forums.7 - Some of you reported seeing forum threads in your feeds from groups that you're not members of.

Sure the house had repairs and maintenance but it's been a solid earner so Section 8 (LMH - Lucas Metro Housing) may be my nemesis with delays and bureaucracy but as long as you push through the silliness it's not bad at all over the long term.The current rent rate for my area (43612, 3/1 SFH) is $1200/mo.I do NOT have my resident raised to the market rate or apply aggressive increases...the house is presently rented at $800.
