If I cite an example about how someone became rich buying Bitcoin, is that an argument that Bitcoin is a sound investment?

When starting out, I wouldn’t look at investing in real estate as being a get rich quick thing but definitely more long term.

@Jamal Madison any time an appraiser is over the contract price by that much means you're going to be a rich man.

Only the rich can afford to buy a home here, and that may mean a decrease in prices if we have in fact hit a top. 

Relevant books I've read: Rich Dad Poor Dad, 4 Hr Workweek, BRRRR & Long Distance REI (D.Greene) I haven't gone through all BP podcasts but have found value in ep. 301 and 340 so far.I'd love to hear any other books/podcasts recommendations that would help a newbie!

Well anyways fast track to when i turned 13 i found out about Realestate and ever since then i have been in love with the whole aspect of it and i understand its not a get rich quick type of business but i am ready to put my blood sweat and if it comes to it tears into the game that i love so much but from where i come from which is Good ole Maine we really don't have any Realestate classes going on anywhere where i can learn from somebody and have a real life Teacher I have taken so far a-lot of online classes that is which are Manny Koshbin's Mentorship and Rich Dad Realestate Cashflow Blueprint.

I'm continuing to increase my knowledge on real estate investing (Rich Dad Poor Dad, How To Invest In Real Estate, Youtube Channels, etc) but I'm stuck on what my strategy to apply when it comes to real estate investing.
