I am familiar with the arbitrage concept but have never heard of this outfit and wonder whether anyone on here has had any experiences with them or can give any insight into whether they are reputable, reliable, etc.

I will be able to make payments on this debt; it's just going to reduce the amount that I will be able to save in my retirement accounts until the debt is paid off.So, in sum:  Should I keep this rental house, get a reputable property manager, and just tough it out until the debt is paid off and one day the tenants over the years have paid for this house in full? 

Yes, the bad actors are tarnishing the reputation but there will always be guests (like me) who won't stay in a hotel unless there's no other option.

Everything else can be fixed with a reputable licensed contractor.

There are numerous turnkey companies out there, I would suggest working with a provider that has years of experience and a solid reputation from current clients.

The best quote from a reputable gutter company was 1000 dollars for the whole gutter system, but with an option to pay 325 dollars extra for gutter screens.
