Anyone familiar with MoaiHomes Corporate housing?

I listed a property for LTR and got an inquiry via Zillow messenger from MoaiHomes asking if they could rent it from me and then furnish and sublease it for corporate housing.

I am familiar with the arbitrage concept but have never heard of this outfit and wonder whether anyone on here has had any experiences with them or can give any insight into whether they are reputable, reliable, etc.

Google turned up this website: https://moaihomes.com/

More broadly, any downsides to this approach I might not be considering? Anyone have experience or advice on vetting a tenant like this vs. a regular tenant?

Thanks!
