After moving last year from North Carolina where we did some real estate investing, we finally finished and closed on our first Charleston area renovation.  

I've also got 3 customer homes closing in the next couple weeks, I need to design and plan the renovation for my student rental that we closed on last week, I just wrote an offer for another property to flip and hopefully I can help @Kerry Baird to buy the house that's coming up for sale 2 doors down from mine!

I am looking to do a cash out refi on a renovate to rent project.

We use a fraction of the bandwidth for our building monitoring and make the rest available to the tenants.When we undertake a substantial renovation of a unit, we will wire it with CAT5/6 to its own internal patch block.  

I am learning about crowdfunding now and am wondering...Do most crowdfunding companies allow for DIY renovations by the borrower?  

A few thoughts:$30k in renovations is a huge job for less than 1100sfZero percent chance I would put 30k in renovations to the property and then owner finance with 5k down as the chances are high you will get the property back and not in the condition you sold it

The longest was 26 days that needed renovations and was priced high.I have 1 week to close.
