Once I found a realtor who was as motivated as I was and also had the experience to back up there talk  everything moved so fast.  

I am calling on my biggerpockets family for advice, connections, stories, and general motivation.

The fact remains that a healthy Cavaliers team is the clear favorite to win it all. 

While I invested in my first SFR to start with, after that, I've been able to 'remain' active in the game through other methods - by delivering value.I've been able to create two partnerships while in Korea with people I've met through BiggerPockets.

There are plenty of full time investors that can show you how to generate leads for motivated sellers that will make seller financing, subject-to and lease option deals possible. 

As far as motivated sellers you have to get the word out,now i am still struggling in this part but must be persistent, like the old saying persistence reduces resistance.

Every time I listen to one I get fired up again, they are extremely motivating.
