I have always had a passion for real estate.

I have had my real estate license for 10 years now however I am not actively working as a real estate agent at the moment.

I have worn many hats over the years, to support myself, but always come back to real estate. So, here I am again.

I am looking to learn as much as I can before I jump in with both feet as an investor. Any advise would be greatly appreciated!
