Yes,I advise my clients to do this as regular as possible.

I look at this size park on a pretty regular basis, they are fairly common around me.  

In fact I coudn't find one and made it through my first transactions with a regular residential agent, who was super nice, but had no idea about investing.

This unit is in NJ near 5 wedding venues, so it gets a lot of wedding guest bookings and can sleep up to 10 people.

I didn't sleep at a Holiday Inn last night, but I am a contractor in Houston...:)I can tell you the window quote is not out of line.

All seasoned landlords out there,I have a situation with one of my rental properties, and hope you can share your thoughts how to handle it.I have been reading @Brandon Turner's managing rental properties book, and realize that I don't have a "regular property inspection" clause in my lease.
