May be best to just wait and see how things progress amd take it month by month. 

Are there any Milwaukee investors that only focus  on cash flow or is the natural progression to seek appreciation after reaching your cash flow number?

I fully understand that a short sale can take a good while and in many cases the bank is the cause of slow progression.

Following your give up and move on advice, Dylan makes no progress on his goals, the home continues to waste away, the woman who owns it gets no income, the neighborhood suffers from deteriorating property values, and the county from a deteriorating tax base. 

Interested in how this progresses.
