I’m new to the Real Estate world and I’m considering going into Fixing and Flipping.

I haven't been able to find any like-minded folks to discuss their view on this, and would LOVE to connect if there are any out there!! 

In chats the representatives copy and paste scripted responses that just causes you to go round and round with no real resolution.

My question is, how do you guys typically evaluate real estate agent performance?

I was challenged when folks said it was "impossible" to do, and rose to the challenge to find a few.

Utilizing a realtor whom owns/manages properties in your desired market and can give you concrete real numbers is such much more valuable than running hypotheticals on AIRDNA.A lot of my successful Florida investors are purchasing performing properties in Pinellas county with @Josh Green. 

It's not easy to manage everything remotely without boots on the ground especially when dealing with real estate @Drew Herzog

Since the beginning of the year I have been diving into real estate trying to learn as much as I could, whether that was listening to podcasts, joining webinars, or doing my own daily research. 

On some occasions, I just take a simple contract to a local escrow office and do it myself.Basically, everything in real estate is negotiable.
