I'd rather burn my houses down than to rent to any of the Section 8 applicants who have applied to rent from me.But maybe your Section 8 tenants are a better quality than the welfare cheats and dopers that we have around here.

We keep the property in great shape (lawn mowed, gutters cleaned, no junk cars or tipped over trash cans).

The annual inspections that are conducted by the government to assure "habitable" housing make us landlords stay on top of things and make tenants clean up their act.

Another option would be to bird/dog deals once you have made some quality connections.

But it also seems if you were to go this route then you would be substituting quality buyer leads for a larger base of potential buyers.To you wholesaling vets I would love to get our input on this as it has been on my mind for a while...
