Its just not worth the fight unless there was some blatant fraud.IF the OP was both the GC AND contributed $$$ for their equity position, I think he has a leg to stand on here as long as the proposed price was agreed to up-front.

Since it is already so late in this month, it might be easiest to wait until after next month's rent is due and then combine the outstanding balance of Nov. with Dec.

Figure your rehab into your costs, but take a look at the numbers,i don't know why you are paying the same in insurance for each building, see if you can get them under one policy. there is even more money to be made there, fight your taxes, but look at the garbage costs as well, it is costing you more per unit for the 9 unit than the 4 unit to remove trash, work out a better deal with the trash hauler.
