I would also like to benefit from the following deal as well.SO.....here is my idea....I am NOT a real estate investor but this situation has me thinking outside the box because moving during covid with 3 children doing distance learning is not ideal.Please tell me if my following solution to this situation is feasible, or if I am way off or missing something.1.

@Brandon DesprasI have never used this tactic but listening to podcast interviews it sounds like people are getting most of their deals through- work of mouth, mailed cards and sometimes spotting a homeowner outside and talking with them

Hi Damon, There is probably someone out there who can speak for the LLC ownership portion better than I can, however, you would not be able to use SDIRA funds for the rehab of these properties since you/your mother currently own the properties outside of the IRA.
