The Atlanta BeltLine is Atlanta’s newest outdoor space and is comprised of 22 miles of unused railroad tracks circling the core of the city’s in-town neighborhoods.

Depending on the size, you can be into it for 20-40k all said and done.There are ways to mitigate a lot of that expense with quality used USA made furniture etc. 

I was thinking the theater room and outdoor hot tub might help with bookings durning this time.

There's also the increased risk of your furniture being abused or even stolen at the end of a lease.I prefer to rent furnished places on a month-to-month basis and at a higher rate for people that are between homes.

Also, High point has the continued growth from the furniture market and the amazing relationships Quebin is building at High point University. 

Greenfield has been improving roads, infrastructure, and outdoor spaces.

Such as being close to the beach, shopping, outdoor activities, bars, etc then we can find you a house. 

If you grow to a bigger portfolio like us it also helps having multiple apartments to be trying to move around tenants (always proposing them a better than they had option so that they will consider moving quicker) and using the furniture in other or perhaps new coliving apartment projects.
