I know a new kitchen will help sell a home fast but will a tiled shower as opposed to regular surround?

Why would someone go with a wholesaler as opposed to a realtor.

@Joseph Pratt, unfortunately your exchange is going to have to involve a QI as opposed to @Christopher Smiths since you're actually selling to a 3rd party and then purchasing from a separate party - not a simultaneous swap.  

@Amanda G.Hard to know for sure without seeing the severity of the check, but I’d suggest automotive bondo and exterior paint to repair.

My questions though revolve around actually making money from them since it seems like the cash is always tied up as opposed to a flip when I make capital returns.

(planning to as i haven't moved in quite yet) remove popcorn ceilings, repaint all interior walls and exterior facade, new LVT flooring, new cabinet doors on all kitchen cabinets as well as repainting cabinets.
