There is some hands on exp but it’s mostly all theory and most of the information can be found online(I took a couple of electrical engineering classes) and to be honest the first thing most students do when they have any assignment and project is hop on Google....oh wow here’s the entire information or 90% of it and explained better....... most of what’s taught in school is now free online soooooo at this point it kind of makes you question traditional education since so much can be learnt for free or at a significant cheaper cost.

Make sure your realtor knows exactly what you are looking for so they can start sending listings to you to review. 

I caution you to review your numbers though.

Has anyone used Jeff Miltenberger from Guild Mortgage out of Lynnwood, Washington? Was referred there by a real estate agent and just trying to do my due diligence.  Will be looking for a multi-family loan. 

I believe Erie distributes their products thru independent agents so go back to your current agent and ask them to review your policy and shop. 

I think you will get further with that.And if you think her original lending docs were doctored, I would have your attorney request "wet docs" for review.

Here's some basics of an option agreement: Option basics You'll have to negotiate the option fee.Have an attorney prepare and review the documents with you to insure it conforms to the laws of you state.
