As I said before, there is opportunity here, but there are also a lot of "cheap" old buildings whose locations are even of little value.But you are correct, in the past months, we've seen a lot more "money from away" coming to town and buying buildings "site-unseen".  

.- If someone in your life that trusts/loves you adds you as an "authorized user" to one of their cards, often you will inherit the full credit history of that card - for better or worse (so pick a 10 year old credit card that they've never had a late on).

@Wayne Brooks Exactly, property's original tax lien amount is 19k, with interest 35k, lets say this lien is 10 years old so thats why its so much interest.
