I'm a newbie in the "REI" world (although I've read countless books on the subject, listened to numerous BP podcasts, attended several webinars, etc) I've yet to actually pull off my 1st deal...             

Don't get me wrong, there are numerous investors on here who are experts in the 30k-50k price range.

I would also like to establish a relationship with an experienced investor that is open to having me involved in the numerous aspects of RE investing.

Over the past two weeks I have been watching numerous videos from Bigger Pockets and I am amazed at the amount of information available from them and the books recommended.

The numerous types of indoor units provide flexibility for all looks and budgets.

Since then, I've read/listened to numerous books from BiggerPockets and listen to their podcasts all the time.

I also have a big end of the year review cycle coming, where numerous compensation items are evaluated.

After digging through a huge pile of old mail, i found NUMEROUS amount of letters to MULTIPLE people INCLUDING Jeremy Baxter, the owner.
