Hi .. My name is Christine Cannizzo. This is my first post and definitely won't be my last. I am brand new to the real estate investing world and I am very excited to get started. I am currently a NYC Special Education Teacher looking to invest in multi-family properties in the Tampa Florida area. Over the past two weeks I have been watching numerous videos from Bigger Pockets and I am amazed at the amount of information available from them and the books recommended. I have set a goal to purchase my first property within the next 60 days. As you can see I have become very motivated from the initial supports gained from Bigger Pockets. Any suggestions or advice will be greatly appreciated.
