can i dig and find out before i make any offers?

There is a wealth of information on BP (sometimes it just takes some digging to find the gems).

I'm doing some digging for Probate deals and I was thinking of using TLO to get contact information for the estate representatives.

I'm on my mobile, otherwise, I'd dig them out for you.The best piece of advice is to find yourself both an accountant and attorney who are practiced in cross boarder business and real estate.  

Lastly, if it is a gut rehab there may be a great connection in the Property Management world where ever the property is but I would venture the percentage of those having the actual basket of qualified skill sets is going to take some digging for that person who also, is looking to take on someone else's project. 

Grab the getting started guide - it's a great read - and then dig into some marketing, the #1 task as an REI, in my opinion.

Walk them through the numbers and let them know that you've sent them an email (while on the phone)I get stuff ALL THE TIME from wholesalers in my email and I honestly don't really "dig" in to most of it.
