You could maybe lease it out to others for storage to generate income (like RV's and stuff), but that might fall more into the realm of land development again depending on if any site improvements need to be constructed, etc..I'm a buy-n-hold/cash flow guy so to me the land thing seems highly speculative (unless you are developing and adding value to fill a need in the market).
