I was looking at this app Shake (http://www.shakelaw.com/) for handing e-contracts.

My idea right now is to create a mobile application that renters could use to easily submit information and receive communication in real-time.Digital Move-in:I think it is a bit silly that the majority of the time this process is still done on pen and paper.

(In a lower income area, you will often need to increase your vacancy reserve as people tend to be more mobile and more likely to encounter issues, which would require them to move.

He uses the app ForeclosureRadar to look up particular neighborhoods with the search criteria that his team inputs to get the desired results.

It's also much easier to put 'see attached' on the mortgage apps regarding your real estate owned as you acquire a property or 2.I think it's important to know where you are, but not to get to caught up in it.  

I also downloaded the app but I can't even tap on the icon to change my picture through the android app.
