The problem with most of North Las Vegas is that there are too many vacancies (too little demand) resulting in rents that are lower than Las Vegas or Henderson and a longer time-to-rent.

DON'T click on the investor ADs - that costs them money and no one wants wholesaler leads coming through their paid advertising targeted at motivated home sellers.DO scroll below the ads and look at the natural search results.

., from my reading, it looks that you will only be lent a maximum amount that results in your mortgage being just 75% of what your rent expectations will be (not 100%).

The hardest let about getting the funding is not being able to match any of the private lending or having the funds to put down a down payment on  a cheap mortgage. 

If the data is dodgy, or the sift and sort is not up to snuff, you get very bad results very quickly.Data for ongoing obligations is reported reasonably well as it is all programmed into the monitoring software.
