I want to make the best use of my limited resources but am very willing to work.Is anyone familiar with Chris Bruce's Direct Mail Domination?

Brandon on the BP podcast constantly reminds us about this by poking fun at Detroit. 

I've knocked on foreclosure doors, skip tracing vacants, direct mail, harassing no good wholesalers that have no clue what a deal is, spoke with many lenders to know what is available if needed, Whatever it takes.  

So I've started my first direct mail campaign and I didn't think I'd be getting this many calls so fast.

I emailed to remind her about the $10 on 3/10 and got no response.Separately, she's had a futon frame leaning against my fence for about two months since I asked her to call for a large trash pickup.

I have been stuck on Redfin and other apps to find a good deal. But from what I see written by the experts here on the forum only fools try to find deals on those apps.

When you said the government in Crystal is pretty reasonable, it reminded me.

Should I use Yellow Letters, should I hand mail them or I'm I missing a step.Also I forgot to mention, I have the phone numbers for a few of them and to be honest, this is why I need Help, because I don't know what to say if I call them.What should I do next?
