Would love to hear advice and insights from investors in Hartford or other parts of Ct who also have section 8 tenants. 

I've dedicated to much time of my life to give up anyway soon and I love it, but it's to the point I think I'm at my own limits with the knowledge I can obtain for myself.

So far, all I have said in response is that we would love to make an offer but that I wanted our offer to reflect the true condition of the home and that was difficult to know since we have only seen the exterior. 

My wife is opposite and loves to build relationships with owners and guests. 

I had 3 folks who said "Oh yeah I love the place, send me the application and I'll do it" and.... they go ghost on me.Any thoughts on how to deal with this?

I love the idea of each property i buy being paid in full the moment im handed keys.
