If you own the MHs then that benefit is out the window, especially with how old they are.

Typically a duplex will offer twice as many problems that could arise. 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 water heaters, 2 furnaces and 2 tenants.

It’s mostly updated but we could add some value in the bathrooms and kitchen.

Should be a good project, if I remember correctly it had a new roof and electric service and the interior had the bulk finished, and a new second mini kitchen. 

Dont have too many cooks in the kitchen.

We hired home service pros to redo the plumbing, floors, kitchen, bathroom, and more.

Back (B) Unit had extensive foundation damage causing multiple cracks in the slab (as much as 2 inches wide) that also extended into the Front (A) Unit, and sloping at the back right corner that could be both seen and felt when walking through the kitchen.
