How do I figure the going rate for a clean up.To get my foot in the door and my name out there, I've begun mowing lawns for wholesalers and landlords who need help in my area and Recently I was asked if I'd want to do a house clean up.

However, I have to scrub through all the notices to check if there is any real estate involved in the distribution. 

.- I made the transition from residential to commercial a few years ago and I love it, because of the more passive aspects involved. 

@Kyle Baron you mention that they aren't out of the place yet, along with back rent I suspect you will also have cleaning and other fees you will not be reimbursed for. 

It's not difficult at all to get M2M tenants, assess their vibe over the first 2 -3 months (are they paying on time, are they keeping the property clean, are they good tenants, etc...) and then offer them a lease (or asking them to leave) based on what you see. 

Long story short, my partner and I believe there is huge potential in this property for an involved owner.
