These groups can be a valuable tool for you to learn the business and are typically a great place to meet investors, wholesalers, realtors and others in the business.

We are 25% higher in value/rents now than at the top of 2006.So what does it matter if the short term goes up or down when you are investing long-term?

BP can be a great tool, as can local REIA facebook pages. 

This is a great forum with very knowledgeable members that will help to guide you in the right direction.The site has quite a few tools that can be helpful for new members.

I use a tool called Dealcheck that does all the calculations for me.
