My goal this week is to understand the Chicago market, understand financing options I would have, and also review the tax implications and business formation as an International investor. 

I know a lot of folks in China are looking to get their assets secured in the US, and I see deals all the time that American investors may not jump at that would fit international buyers' criteria perfectly.

Those are estimating software that are too wide to use, you might spend 8 hours on one house, doing the external and internal walls then the roof, which will take you about 30 mins if you just use an excel and usual prices.
