On the Zillow IOS app, is there a way to search for duplexes, triplexes, etc?

@Jack Nguyen  I only have 6 total units but for right now, I use cash app. 

I put a local house into the app and it told me that it was owner occupied.  

I like the idea of starting with a payment request,  I have BOA (a Zelle partner) so fired up the app and tried to request money from my son and just got errors that I cant complete the request.   

I have a 700 plus fico score (740 according to Amex app) and make 80k a year, but there isn’t a lender in town who will touch me due to the fact that my income is 100% commission based.

I am fairly proficient with the Adobe apps like photoshop and Indesign.

With good/great credit scores you stand to shave off anywhere from 0.5 to 0.75% on a non-conforming conventional (without discount points) on your rate and if you're already committed to owning as a primary residence for 5 years you'll easily recoup the closing costs in a year or 2 tops.Zillow app has a great refi calculator that shows you monthly cost savings, breakeven points, and amortization schedules so you can play with your numbers in there to help you make sense of it all or compare products.Based on what you've disclosed already and the historically low rates we're still seeing I'd say it is a great idea to consider refinancing.
