How was your house search over there?

I have in the past hooked up cameras and paid for wifi until the house sold or rented, but setting  up and then cancelling the service was very expensive too.

Getting into the story behind this one..This deal was sourced from a large corporate wholesaler (no names) Originally listed as 179,999 as a "wholetail" deal with an "ARV" of 250,000 I walked the house and estimated it needed little in terms of repairs, though I knew a realistic ARV was between 215-230 However, there were tenants in the house without a lease agreement with the current landlord.

Housing inventory in Austin rose to 5.8 months, which is up by 1.9 months from June last year.

My goal is to capitalize on those unfulfilled niches and develop strategies that provide maximum benefits to both the lender and the borrower. 

Generally speaking, the developers I work for negotiate feasibility timelines and execute a lease with their tenant during that period and the lease is contingent upon them closing. 

If I flip a house and make a profit after 6 months, then buy a new property 3 months later, what taxes will I be obligated to pay?

Call agents in the area that are listing a renovated house, or call agents who represented a cash buyer on a fixer upper.
