Try to narrow down your options to the top 3-4.

if your immediate area is too expensive, i'd pick a couple markets between 1 and 3 hours away, learn them, go to meetups, look at properties, get connected, research strategies, walk them, narrow down to 1, repeat, etc.and if that sounds like it's too time consuming or something you're not interested in... no worries. 

How much % are you putting down?

DSCR doesn't typically source funds so it's possible to use as a down payment. 

Each lender, for the most part, is going to have similar rates. it really comes down to communication and their process!

The agent had a very hard time already getting him to come down but it could be possible I can use this to my advantage. 

For insurance I switched to Allstate and got mine down this year but my old insurer Goosehead tried to raise it by 20%. 

If they have asked you for the above...trust me...they're at some point going to shut you down.

I like Belleview and Summerfield but they I feel like they will be more exposed to ups and downs because they are more rural.
