Since it was cleaned new tenant went to the house to measure for her furniture and afterwards let me know that she couldn't handle the smell of the carpet and that she wants it replaced. 

The building has been stripped and the former owner ran out of money so the units are void of kitchens and baths (and a bunch of other stuff too, but thats a separate issue we have a handle on).I would be grateful if the community would chime in and provide a rough estimate to install new kitchens and baths for the following units:(2) SFR 4bd 2ba (6) Units 2bd 1ba(7) Units 1bd 1baThe work will require everything cabinets, sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets (please if possible specify whether you're including flooring into the estimate so we don't also include it in our flooring budget).

I thought since all properties where owned by the LLC, it would be managed and handled differently.We're currently finalizing renovations on a triplex.

An architect should be able to handle this for you as they deal with ADA/accessibility on a daily basis.

I drive a lot of miles, so I also had to factor in a car that can handle the miles.  

We don't have "housing courts" in our area, so I took a moment to look up what that was in Massachusetts and found this: "The Massachusetts housing courts were established to handle cases involving residential housing.

That is why we have a court appointed official called a Bailiff to handle this matter and NOT YOU!

Can't tell you how many fridge door handles & shelves have been broken/ ripped out, how many stove knobs, racks, scratches and dents I've tried to fix.  

My computer is only 1 year old and I 5 processor with Lenovo so can handle any recording stuff.You can get lost in the software stuff and it's all Greek to me.
