The HOA takes care of common areas and other amenities like swimming pools, gyms, parking lots and such.Like any condo development, they do come with their inherited risks.

Just know that we were brainwashed when growing up and going to school, public and private, teaching us the wrong way and the sooner you know that, the better.  

I made the shift from being a software consultant to real estate and I wish I had done it sooner.  

You're going to need to start raising capital to get these bigger deals done, and the sooner you can start changing people's perceptions about who you are and what you do, the easier that will be.

I want to work hard now and get out of my w2 job sooner than later so I can enjoy life, not work 'til I die and have nothing to leave my family.
