I've been wondering do I find a less thorough but competent Mortgage Broker who works faster because he requires less documentation. 

I am very new to investing and looking to build a team to help me pursue and obtain the goal of being a full time investor.

I have the biggest respect for anybody that can help me to get a step closer to my goal, any suggestion or idea will be very welcome. 

Most conventional loans take 30-45 days, because of bureaucracy and legislated steps, see if they can move faster if you submit your docs ahead of time and just give them your current pay stubs when you are ready.

There's so many ways to make it work, that I hesitate to advise on the "right" option - it all depends on your risk tolerance, appetite for leverage and long-term goals. 

Tap their brains for an hour or so each, and after these meetings you should have a great idea on which one fits your personality/goals more. 

Honestly, my goal is to buy and hold, acquire rental properties.
