They might get frustrated and want a quick close with a cash buyer. 

I deal with clients in my day job that insert themselves, and it always is frustrating, and often costs them more time, money and headaches than they know.

I'm just getting a little frustrated feeling like I'm getting a bit of a run around, I've heard of people just calling the listing agent to buy houses, but of course the predominant school of thought I've heard is build up a relationship with a realtor, I'm beginning to think on cutting ties and just calling the listing agents going forward, thoughts?

It frustrates me because this company has so many departments and none of the departments seem to know what the other is doing.

As frustrating and overwhelming as it can be sometimes,  the education has been invaluable. 

This happens a lot with FSBOs and they are very frustrated with realtors because at this point in time he's had several agents calling him every day asking him if he wants to list and driving him insane.
