Louis, MO-IL first quarter, 2010 – first quarter, 2011 -2.6% first quarter, 2011 – first quarter, 2012 +0.4% Good news for me, I plan to do more buying than selling this year.I noticed on google business this morning that both Austin and Houston TX are reporting lower unemployment.

Realtor.com has a great feature that lets you specify what your looking for and the site will auto email you all new listings within your criteria.I got my first deal this way.

Not all MLS's have this feature but we do in SA and its a good to way figure out who the owner is withouthaving to dig through the county records.I also agree 100% with Jon's comments.
