Hard money does have lenders with much longer terms, some as long as 30 years (such as my company) so in order to make sure that all the info provided is accurate I wanted to provide a little clarity on my explanation.  

That is what I called idiot proof explanation.

I use Wix.com, not exactly squeeze page, but short and sweet 2 page site with forms on both pages explaning what we do and how we do it.
