I'm having troubles trying to get a HELOC on my property and I cannot find any CMAs close to what my property is worth on an 8-acre partial with two dwellings ones a 1980 manufactured home the other is a stick-built 1932 trying to get CMAs having very hard time getting comps in my area the address is 6515 State Route 9 Sedro Woolley Washington 98284 the other house that's on the property is 6511 State Route 9 Sedro Woolley Washington 98284 can anyone please help me pull some comps on the property to see where I am at for pricing so that I can get a good idea what to ask for a HELOC on the property

I have been having a lot of the same issues you guys are having, so I have teamed up with one of my local Title and Escrow Companies here to have them send me a list of all of the 2/3/4 none owner-occupied properties who have a mailing address out of state.

The bank should provide some guidelines on that.All parties (contractor, bank, and homeowner) should draft the scope of work to be performed in as much detail as possible (example this type of carpet, this type of doors, etc.)Once the scope is agreed upon, the contractor is to provide you an estimate and a schedule (consider using a guaranteed maximum price type contract, this basically holds the GC to a ceiling).
