Do any of you guys have a defined checklist to keep you on track and to keep the conversation going of information you are looking for from the seller?

I look forward to your thoughts and help as I am trying to better define and quantify when able to some more intricate components of the Vetting the Syndication process. 

The joint venture would define the roles of each party. 

@Jeff S. if define a role in the contract something along the lines of (for example), "Partner" shall approve of all capital expenditures exceeding $X and approve of all new tenants being placed", is that sufficient to exclude this from being considered syndication?

@Pedro Echevarria I am not sure what you mean by       "Do you use APR for the first month only"APR is a government defined number that supposedly lets you compare rates.

Really Dallas and any of the surrounding suburbs would be my focus when you have something more defined, ping me again.
