Keep your fix and flip plans under wrap, you will have conflicts of interest, not by legal aspects, but by marketing aspects, a flipper may not work with you if you compete with them.

By posting on BP, developing a BP network, and reading real estate books, you will do fine in RE, no matter the major.Tech is drastically changing the way we do things, but one thing tech won't be able to replace is human interaction and understanding (in the near future), which I would say is the most important aspect of real estate investing.I ended up majoring in Political science, while taking a few business classes.
