Closest town with restaurants is Walhalla which has very limited eating places and nothing really that is stand out - think a few fast food and mexican places, not much else.

What I am trying to say is if you don't want to enter the dog-eat-dog competition, and you don't have a hard-charging Realtor to help you devise really strong strategies for winning the sale and still protect you from getting into a lemon, then yes, going toward Kissimmee and the theme parks would be a good idea.

Am very interested in pursuing the BRRRR method, but am conscious that I need to take action and start somewhere to get myself from 0 to 1.I'm still trying to nail down the market I'd like to invest in, but am very intrigued by Jacksonville (as hot as it seems to be right now...), Gainesville (possibly more of a rent by the room scenario for the college crowd) and Lakeland, a very high rent to own ratio area closer to home.

:This doesn’t happen in Columbus it happens frequently enough in my area that ive figured out exactly how to word the 311 request so the city will bring a new one without trying to get me to pay $120 or whatever the replacement is. anecdotally, its either trashy people with too much trash at their own house feeling entitled to someone elses trash can, thieves using them to cart stolen stuff around, or sometimes the trash truck just eats them.

I think the basic psychology problem is everyone from the same consciousness has a similar thought process: they're working for the same company and they're buying/renting in the same neighborhood.
