Mailing/emailing that alone to her address seems to be sufficient without having to re-engage with the tenant.

I am blessed to own a 29 unit community. 

He is a realtor and investor with a lot of experience in Santa Fe and is a member of the bigger pockets community.

Hello,  we used to invest in FL,  my only suggestion is to stay way from 55+ properties.Many cities/regions specialize in retirement communities.
