Is this common practice?

How did you guys close on a 4 unit starting off and competing with cash buyer which are so common in todays market?

Partnerships are less common these days because of the flexibility of LLCs, though some investors still like to use limited partnerships for real estate investing.

Many hard/private money lenders overlook that and some even lend with no skin in the game, although not common without a prior relationship and or track record.3.

Fuel oil and hot water heat is common in that part of the country.

Does anyone know if this is common after a few years with significant hurricane damage? 

It's extremely common for people to say their credit score is in the tank because of a divorce and that's partially true but nobody goes from 750 to a 550 without some serious problems and I'm not going to accept the divorce excuse.

Is it common for tenants to stay in the unit if the extermination process is three weeks - three separate treatments?

I’ll go as far as to say it isn’t common to do with one house let alone…maybe “another house or two”.

I know there’s power in numbers so I want to see who’s looking to connect and maybe work together towards common goals and interest.
