Hey everyone,I am about to enter my last college semester at UNC-Chapel Hill.

I am currently a real estate investor and I have a roommate from college who is a resident of Germany who wants to get into purchasing real estate in the united states with me.

I had been paying it off following Dave Ramsey's baby steps (#6) after maxing out other investing (roth 401k, college savings) and was seriously considering moving the family to Hawaii in the next 2-3 years, however, we officially changed direction and now are staying in Texas and starting REI. 

I have a bachelors degree in business mgmt and a decent amount of money saved up, so I will take the time to explore other options and find the right opportunity.

Then, when you later have other expenses, such as college tuition, travel, ect., you can withdraw funds from the HSA as reimbursement for your past medical bills.  

I am 19, Currently in college, have a 790 TransUnion score, never missed a payment on any of my debts/loans.

With that said, if someone wants to keep their apartment at 75 degrees 24 hours a day their heat cost is going to be substantial no matter what the source is.

It is a B class area, and a lot of college students and young professionals love living there.

I am a 23 years old who graduated from college in 2021.

I'm interested in buying some college student rental properties in Morgantown WV (WVU).
