We just don't teach people how to excel by letting them get away with minimal effort and then pat them on the back saying what a meanie that coach is who wants them to have to work hard to actually win the medal.So, get mad and prove me wrong.

Any potential tenants are informed well in advance that the unit is in transition, and it is also and opportunity to explain what will be done for turnover as far as paint, cleaning, etc.The existing tenant is also coached that the faster the property leases, the faster the showings will stop.
