I called her out in front of her new husband and her adult children because she was having a nervous breakdown from crazy tenants running a homeless hotel behind the garage, tenants with horrible child custody battles duking it out in the parking lot, and tenants threatening to kill her.

Right now I'd really like to just start learning all I can in my (very precious) free time while my children are young.

We're wondering if there's any law that would prohibit us from requesting (not requiring) the birthdates and names of children that will be coming with the new tenants?
