On the one hand I have read some recent reports about how most investors are viewed as exiting the market because they bought between 2009 to 2013 and now is the time they are cashing out; however, on the other hand I have tried to buy cheaper (80 to 120k) houses in recent weeks and I've experienced what many folks have experienced as well.

Keep up the hard work. thanks, i figured if i bought my leads and used yellow letters to send them out for me ill come out cheaper vs doing them at home and sending them off my self. but until i make money ill do it my self to feel the burn lol i appreciate the motivation sometimes in this business the small things go along way
