Hello guys, Im brand new to the forums.

I have been reading through the knowledgebase and can't get enough of this site.My name is Becky and I am brand new to real estate (aside from working on a few accounts as an employee of an accounting firm).

Recently, I've been using twitter to generate leads on good tenants and trying to increase my 'PM' brand recognition for a specific area.

It seems like this would be a huge stain on the brand otherwise.

Could be a long period of stagflation and low economic growth as rising tax rates kill innovation, and we try to inflate our way to prosperity.

Record property as brand new in LLC, start with FMV as purchase price of property, restart depreciation, etc.Seems like a lot of hassle, but am thinking this is the way IRS would want it done.Thoughts ....?

Anybody ever have any luck saying, "Yes, we'll pay the re-key fee, but WE get to specify the brand and model of replacement"?

That said, I've never taken any of the paid training.Also, as Realtyman points out, the trainers have nothing to do with RD, other than licensing (or brand partnering) with the RD owners.Probably not what you wanted to hear, but that's directly from one of the (former) senior trainers and my personal experience.

Do you think branding is the better approach to marketing and advertising?

If the pitch fest clubs were branded as mastermind groups then I vote "No".
