I was mainly talking about big ticket items that need replacement as home is built in 1975 and turnkey provider may not bother replacing something that could last 3-4 years more.

@Bobby Beard ...Just do it...like mentioned, you wont have to go to 100' for recreational certification, but once you learn the mechanics of it, the depth wont bother you.
